18 July 2019 at 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

It may be summer, but we can’t let this fabulous retrospective go without a visit. This event will proceed only if we get a minimum of 8 RSVPs. RSVP by 1 July to RSVP@UKFriendsof NMWA.org
This exhibition celebrates the work and life of Lee Krasner (1908-1984) a pioneer of Abstract Expressionism and a key figure in American Art whose energetic work reflects the sprit of possibility in post-war New York. The first major presentation of her work in Europe for more than 50 years, ‘Lee Krasner: Living Colour’ tells the story of a formidable artist , whose importance has too often been eclipsed by her marriage to Jackson Pollock. Explore nearly 100 works many of which are being presented for the first time in the UK.
Admission to the exhibition is included.
The event will proceed if we get a minimum of 8 RSVPs.  RSVP now to RSVP@UKFriendsof NMWA.org
