Following the success of our exhibition Women to Watch UK: A Book Arts Revolution at Christie’s in February, we are delighted to welcome you for an exclusive viewing of artist books by women at the National Art Library, V&A South Kensington.
Our UK Women to Watch curator, Welmoet Wartena, will be specifying a selection in advance from the collection, in context of the Women to Watch UK exhibition, along with other additional interesting objects. We also expect to have our five UK shortlisted artists in attendance.
This promises to be a fascinating deep dive into artist books with a rare opportunity to view some exceptional examples of the medium.
