Description

Be the first to see Dora Maar at Tate Modern.

Curator Emma Lewis will sneak us in the doors on OPENING DAY at 9:30 am and lead us through the work of this renowned Surrealist photographer of the 1930s, who later focused on painting and found stimulation and solace in poetry, religion, and philosophy, returning to her darkroom only in her seventies.

Join us to explore the breadth of Maar’s long career in the context of work by her contemporaries.

Booking: Patrons Priority until 31 October.

Please email info@UKFriendsofNMWA.org if you are having any problems with the new online booking system.
