Description
Join Dr Susan Fisher Sterling, Director of NMWA for a visit to Abstract Erotic at The Courtauld. Abstract Erotic brings together the work of three pioneering female sculptors, Louise Bourgeois, Eva Hesse and Alice Adams in an exhibition which foregrounds their shared commitment to using humour and abstract form to ask important questions about sexuality and bodies. In addition to observations from Director Sterling, the tour will be led by a Courtauld curator.
We are accessing the galleries before they open to the public, so please arrive at 9.45 am latest.
Cost: free for Patrons, £20 for Friends and £30 for Guests. Friends and Patrons have 1 week priority booking (until 4 June 2025.). No Guests until after 4 June.
