Mamma Andersson @ Stephen Friedman Gallery

This exhibition is the work of two separate solo projects by Mamma Andersson and Tonico Lemos Auad at Frieze London. Both artists have produced new bodies of work especially for the fair. Auad has made a new series of geometric textiles that disrupt traditional modes of weaving, whilst Andersson has completed a small group of new paintings that continue her poetic exploration of fictionalised memories. Both artists are united in their celebration of subtle, overlooked aspects of everyday life
