Emma Tennant @ Fine Art Society

Botanical artist and historian Emma Tennant brings a new body of work to The Fine Art Society this December. The exhibition is inspired by the stories of the famous plant hunters of the 19th and 20th centuries, and by Emma’s encounters with these plants in the 21st century. Plants with Provenance features around 60 of Emma’s trademark watercolours of flowers, fruit and vegetables. The exhibition will also include, for the first time, gilded panels by her daughter Isabel, who has also framed some of her mother’s pictures.
