Emma McClure’s paintings include animals, still life and landscapes sketched from surrounding scenes in Cornwall. Many of her drawings represent the landscape around the Penwith Peninsular where the moorland, farms and fields are a constant source of inspiration. Another recurring theme are the colourful and characterful exotic birds from a nearby bird sanctuary, plus the chance observance of dogs and their walkers or birds in the garden.
