Ellen Lesperance @ Hollybush Gardens

Will There Be Womanly Times?, is an exhibition of new work by Ellen Lesperance, established from the artist’s research into the activity of the Greenham Common Women’s Peace Camp.

The exhibition coincides with the 40th anniversary of the first march by the Greenham Women, and presents a slide show of archival images, documenting the lived experience of the protestors, alongside a set of paintings and hand-knitted garments, in particular, the knitted jumpers.
