Women in Art Fair is proud to present Fair Play, an exhibition exploring notions of ‘femininity’ though the work of twelve women artists: Amanda Horowitz, Helen Benigson, Anita Klein, Lydia Brockless, Emma Corrall, Maisie Cousins, Alicia Reyes Mcnamara, Jaeyeon Yoo, Rebecca Scheinberg.
In Fair Play, each artist offers a unique perspective on the female experience and what it means to be a woman artist today. From the playful manipulation of traditionally feminine materials, to the subtle subversion of representations of women’s bodies and sexuality, the works exhibited present femininity as nuanced and multifaceted.  It also seeks to expand our understanding of what femininity means, to celebrate our diversity, and to create a space in which multiple voices can come together in a fruitful and positive exchange of ideas on issues facing women in art today.
