Artist-led tour: Rose Wylie “Quack Quack”

January 31, 2018 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Join our 2010 "Woman to Watch", Rose Wylie, as she leads us around her acclaimed exhibition Quack, Quack at the Serpentine Sackler Gallery.

“The freedom and courage of Rose Wylie shows a way forward for painting in this century.” The Guardian

Rose Wylie finds inspiration for her visually compelling paintings through her daily encounters and a variety of other sources, such as the cinema, comic books, the natural world, news, celebrity stories and sport. These might include a scene from Quentin Tarantino’s iconic Kill Bill films, a self-portrait of Wylie eating a chocolate biscuit, or a football match.

Contribution: Patrons Free, £15 Friends, £25 Visitors.

Please note:  this event is at the new Serpentine Sackler Gallery (not the original Serpentine Gallery building)
